Using the Inventory Hub platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Inventory Hub provides tools for inventory management, file import, document scanning, and synchronization with point-of-sale and e-commerce systems. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update or disable features from time to time.

3. Account & User Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity performed in your account, as well as for the accuracy of the data you enter and for lawful use of the service.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform, including its design, code, and content, are reserved to Inventory Hub. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute parts of the service without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventory Hub is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the service.

6. Privacy

Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of a material change via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
